Maxie yes and did much better when took it with breakfast and didn't have the flucuations I do now. Should have continued to do the breakfast thing but this endo wants it when I wake in middle of night with valium. Anyway am starting to go back to my previous way as a year of this is too much. One six weeks too low next six weeks too high. The internist's way was better as he said as long as levels correct didn't matter if I ate with it or not and was stable for 9 years. Phillipa
