Shouldn't be too much of a problem. You might notice some worse sleep or some nervousness but I don't think it would be dramatic. Skipping zyprexa for 3 days would be dramatic.
If it ever happens again, just take a knife and split a dose into halves or quarters. Then just take a quarter of it to tie you over until the next scheduled full dose. Of take a half dose to tie you over, depending on how much time is left before your next scheduled dose.
