I have SP (Social Phobia) & I've tried moclobamide for it - it WAS cr*p! Also its supposed to be somewhat activating but it knocked me out after every dose once I hit 450mg.
I haven't tried selegiline but its definitely said to be activating. And combine that with a benzo then you probably have a good SP combo.
By the way, why are you on Valium? Its certainly not the best benzo for SP. Have you considered clonazepam? Usually first choice benzo for SP, depending on where you live & whether you have a pdoc or not. I take it & it kicks Valium's *ss for my SP.
