Well, ,I started Nefazodone a couple of days ago and already the anxiety is subsiding. I have been in 2 situations that used almost inevitable cause lots of anxiety or even full blown anxiety attacks - since starting Nefazodone it was SO much better! Tried all benzo's and they didn't really help at all, but this certainly does. From past experiences and what others say, Nefazodone is not great for depression for most, but I think its 5ht2A antagonism property can be of real help with panic and anxiety for some people.
