Hi Rvanson,

Trivastal Retard 50 is Piribedil which is a selective D2/D3 dopamine receptor agonist with additional α2-noradrenergic properties. It is manufactured by French pharmaceutical giant Servier. Unfortunately this drug is not available in US. That’s of no surprise, as most of Servier products never make it to US market.

Servier produces many of the finest drugs out there. Survector (amineptine) was their product which they had to withdraw due to US pressure. Stablon, another unique antidepressant is also a Servier product but hasn’t made it to US yet.

I think with a valid US prescription you can mail order it overseas. The drug is relatively cheap. Check out Servier official site.

Best wishes
