Well, the combination is believed to be sufficiently complementary, that it is marketed as Symbyax. See:http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic/symbyax.htm

What I don't like about Symbyax is that the proportions of the relevent meds are fixed. You have far greater flexibility if you titrate each drug separately.
