I'm also on a psychostimulant, Concerta, despite my ED. My experience was a tiny bit different from Maxime's -- methylphenidate stimulated my appetite A LOT when I started it. So much so, I stopped taking it. When I tried again, it wasn't so bad. Honestly -- I think there's something in the biochemistry of eating disorders that can make us really wonky with medications.
