This has been so hard to do since my Dad passed away. I haven't seem myself in anyone's eyes, well except maybe a daughter's eyes, this way since. It reassured me. It told me I was valuable. I miss it so much. I need it more often.
How do you get it when you're all alone Phillipa?
I know you're going to say self talk, but I already self talk all the time. The naybur (ha) already complains I make too much noise.
