Worry re: weight gain on these high dosages. Guess could buy treadmill. Any1 know of a good treadmill? I got my coffee pot. What a story! I'll post it on Social.
Running always kept me in the best of shape and emotionally healthier as well. Now I'm only allowed to 'fast walk' re: c-spine stuff.
Peeps that 'fast walk' look like people who have to go to the bathroom real bad and are hurrying to get there b4 they have an accident..ha ha!!!

I'm at 7.5mg Abilify today and feel a little better.
The whole weight gain thing isn't even about eating so much, I don't believe. (Don't worry Racer, I'm trying not to ask any ?s I'm feelin' fatigued and silly.)
Weight gain is a huge issue for me. I'm sorry but I'm quite spoiled. I've never had weight probs' and apparently I have 'a cute little butt', or 'the cutest little butt', or 'the cutest little as ... I was saying ... if I lose my looks (according to 'the men' who've been and around in my life) there's nothing left. o_o
How do you spell the sound of whining?
