I think piutting everyone in the hospital when they change meds is unreasonable and is likely to cause people to not seek treatment. Some may need this level of monitoring but many change meds without significant trouble.

You are slamming mental health professionals but they are not the ones who PAY for hospitalizations. Patients and insururers pay, and often neither will or can afford this.

Absolving patients of any responsibility in their treatment does not sound reasonable.
