It's one of the greatest drawbacks for me. No emotional release, as someone else said. I'm on Cymbalta now, which is better, but on Effexor it was more difficult to cry, or to feel much of anything for that matter.

I don't cry and I can't get angry over things that I should. Not the every day stuff, like my family driving me crazy--I can be angry about that--but other things, no.
