zyprexa can be helpful. Some people dont even take it that often--they take it when they have "freak outs" of whatever sort (mania, panic, dysphoria, whatever). So...you may not need it everyday.

Weight gain is an issue, EPS is an issue, diabetes is an issue and, long term, TD could be an issue. TD with atypicals is less common than older meds (or so it seems so far...) but it does still happen, so do be aware of that.

Are you doing talk therapy, or are you doing meds mostly?
