I have taken klonopin with zoloft, celexa, lexapro, zoloft again and now for the last year prozac. For me it has been a miracle drug and I have not increased above .50-.75/day, usually only .50 at night and on stressful days I will add .125 in the morning and .125 in the afternoon. I have to keep SSRI doses very low so I don't get into a cyclothymic state. Klonopin (clonazepam for me) helps insomnia, social anxiety, neuropathic pain, GAD and sleeping panic attacks. This has been my regimen for at least 10 years with slight periods of attempting to go without any meds, trying herbal stuff. I always go back to a little SSRI and clonazepam. HTH, Jane
