Did you start the Seroquel at 300mg? That seems like a pretty high starting dose. (When I tried it, my pdoc had me start at 12.5mg, moving to 25mg after a week.) I wonder if a lower dose might work better for you? A much lower dose? Maybe 50mg or 100mg? For anxiety, that seems to be a reasonable dose, as far as I've ever heard.
That said, my basic advice is to talk to your pdoc, and listen to what she has to say. If she's responded so quickly to your call, it sounds as though she cares. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get the full benefit from a medication -- and sometimes it happens even though you're sure that it won't work during the first few weeks.
