I have not taken it, but hear good stuff about it in the paper, etc. Perpenazine, its typical AP. No weight gain.
Clozapine is I think the most powerfull AP, but may have a lot of bad side-effects. I think that is the one that gave me TD where I would constantly swallow. Still do that a little.
