Any suggestions?

Recently diagnosed with ADD,chronic depression and bipolar. I'm wondering based on experience if any one has found certain meds that has worked successfully for them. Meds other than, Lamictal, Ritalin(LA and Immediate release), Concerta and Focalin XR. I'm currently on Seroquel to prevent my Effexor and Ritalin withdrawals. Any suggestions would be helpful.
