Comparing Remeron at 7.5, 15 and 30mg (question)

Posted by saturn on January 29, 2007, at 12:40:35

My understanding is that Remeron has three basic modes of action: alpha-1 antagonism, histamine antagonism and 5-HT1&3 antagonism.

Can anyone compare these effects both theoretically and practically/clinically at 7.5, 15 and 30 mg?

Is 7.5 less or more sedating than 15 mg?

Will one receive an antidepressant effect at 7.5 or 15 mg?

Thanks...Peace...Saturn
