(Emsam/phenylalanine combos are another example where such a board could be helpful...)
Blueberry, I envy you for having such a well-rounded health practitioner. I'm always eager now to read about your visists. But I agree with you, about trying one change at a time, methodically, in order to best be able to tell what did what. It's true- if you made all the changes at once and felt worse, how would you know the cause? I just imagine that day you took adderall- thank goodness you didn't start it with alongside an entire slew of other short-acting meds, or you might still be untangeling. Good luck, I hope it goes well.
