Nutritional strategies? You could study up on these with web searches. You need to ask your doctor. I am not familiar with the liver metabolism requirements for vitamins.
Candidates:
5htp or tryptophan.
Taurine and magnesium.
High dose vitamin C.
Medium-high dose of all B vitamins, folate.
Medium-high dose fish oil.
Milk thistle herb for the liver.
Combination of all of these.
No matter what, the B vitamins, vitamin C, and magnesium should be the foundation for everything else you do to work properly. These particular ingredients of a cocktail take into consideration all of your symptoms.

Psychiatric drugs may still play a role. You just need to take low doses of ones that are generally safe on the liver and get monitored by the doctor on a regular basis. And always combine them with milk thistle herb.
