My P seems deadset I chose an SSRI, Paxil or Lexapro. I beg him let me add a lorazepam or such to the 3x a day Val, but he will not, and he is the director of this county system. Ya know Val 3x a day isn't something I can even feel. Only if I do not take it in a.m. and let anxiety surface, then realize it's necessity.

I searched re: treatment following nervous breakdown and guess the term really is a catch-all. Shouldn't be; need diff' verbage, guess.

Does site below indicate which SSRI possesses most anti-anxiety properties w/o theft of libido? It's pretty layman, but I'm quite agitated about my situation and can't focus. See 5HT(?) important. If site not applicable in thread, apologize.
