If you're doing well for now without breaks, then you may have no need for them. Plenty of people take them every day without fail. I've read at least one study abstract that suggested tolerance was increased by taking them irregularly--ie not every day.

Some people continue getting elevated mood for decades (as well as energy), without taking breaks or anything of the sort. I say, you've got something that works, and why worry about problems that don't exist yet, and in fact may never come.
