Wow- it sounds very dicey ethically. Who is to say who must get shots? What if someone is desperately broke and gets shots that are not quite exactly right for them for this reason? I think many of us have been prescribed something we don't need by an eager or enthused psychiatrist at one point or another. It's not hard to imagine some inapproprate activity with such a system. I imagine the intentions are good, but good intentions don't always bring good results, I think.
