Analgesics containing codeine salts are on sale from pharmacies here in the UK, but not in the US as far as I'm aware. The Thought Police seem much more proactive in the US and the their equivalent in the UK seem following that example. They've just added warnings about addiction to packets codeine containing painkillers so I imagine it can't be long before restrictions come in to force.
