Are you absolutely sure you got TD and not EPS from Geodon? Has your doctor given you an AIMS test. That's very important. TD does not normally develop after 3 weeks -- I know you've mentioned it before, but TD means Tardive, as in late. I would encourage you to ask your prescriber about an AIMS exam.
TD and EPS are kind of on a timeline and I do worry about it myself at times, but I've been on Seroquel for 3 years and I present some odd EPS symptoms but generally people who are aware of TD initially and don't have to be told, do not have it. This was studied by Wirshing and Wirshing and they continue to do work on movement disorders and antipsychotics. It would be very rare to develop a massive condition after 3 weeks.
Now on the other hand, I can say that Risperdal did cause a very minor twitch in a finger that is still there but its a much stronger medication. It would behoove to get a complete evaluation so you don't have to worry either way. If your doctor believes it too, I trust you, I'm not trying to say it isn't.-- best wishes
