Tianeptine (trade name: Stablon) is manufactured by a French pharmaceutical company (Servier).
You will not find it at your local health food store (it is a pharmaceutical) and if you live in the US or UK and can find a doctor will to prescribe it you'll still need to import it from a country that it has been approved in (France, probably a few other countries in the EU).
I had mine shipped from India at a decent price.
Since its neither controlled or approved within the US (probably same in England?) it is technically OK to import up to a 3 month supply for personal use, but this is discretionary (Customs can seize your medication if you don't have an included prescription, but I've never had this happen, they are probably more worried about keeping controlled substances and real threats out of the mail).
Hope that helps!
It didn't work for me, but as always YMMV!
