> I don't get it as my neighbors grown Daughter was severly depressed. And moved in with her parents. They took her to the doc not a pdoc he put her on lexapro and seroquel loomg at night. And in a day she says she's better. Can anyone explain this? She says they help for around a few months and then don't. I just don't get it. So many meds I've tried. Thanks for any responses as the board is rather empty lately. Love phillipa

Virgin receptors? Not fried receptors like so many of us who have been on AD's for so many years?? Heck, actually nobody really knows the answer to this question. My guess would be everyone is different, some are better absorbers, there is just so much about the complex brain and CNS that scientists don't know. Only guesses apply here.
