I found a small dose (.25 mg) of xanax was great for me. But it's all so individual. It seems like if you take a tiny dose of just about any benzo, it will produce a minimal calming effect which is really all you need unless you're just a complete basket case! LOL
Yeah, I haven't posted in awhile. I am using this as an excuse to procrastinate on stuff right now. Thought I'd drop in and sprinkle my input.
