Thanks...SaturnSome things you know,prepare as much as possable the night before,iron,lay out your clothes,prepare needed paper work etc.
Clear everything so u can have a peaceful night and beging something like klonopin in tiny doses the night before,stay active,but calmly.
Klonopin works well when u move around very slow,but move,it kinda latches on,but the night before use specs of a dose.
That calm will follow over,even if u dont sleep,and having everything prepared will be a plus for that last second mood.
Chances are,and im shooting in the dark here,if youre well enough to even be going to this,your well enough to at the last minute dig for that energy,a shower right up to the last minute helps to.
Personaly id use klonopin,on the hour in extremly minimal doses,klonopin is not good for immediate anxiet like xanax,however when accumalted over a few hours,well lets say ive sat in front of a judge who held my xmas eve plan in her hands,i had my hands folded,i stared her straight in the eyes,answered each question,and she released me.
This was fyi a time when a dumb mistake (adding ritalin to parnate) was done and for a few hours i was comptply maniac,if others had simply gave me a high dose of klonopin,a dose unusualy high,it would have saved that entire episode.Anyway good luck,bet a million bucks you do fine
