There are adjunctive medications you can take (anticholinergics) such as Ditropan XL for bladder issues, but I can understand that it is not a comfortable feeling. You may have to take a different class of antidepresants, such as the TCAs which tend to have anticholinergic effects to begin with, or Effexor/Cymbalta.
