Thats odd,i think your the first person i remember making this statement, usualy the response i got was they are the same to a degree, and that lyrcia had a benifit of allowing you to take a much lower dose to achieve the same benifits you would off Nuerontinin.

This was when i was considering lyrcia, but after my doc who mind you at first dident acnowledge it was out there, second dident know anything on it,read who knows what, then on my next visit after promising to look into it came back with her response that she would NOT consider it an option since i had already raised nuerontinin so high.

Shes been fairly reasonable so far with my complex and probuably hair pulling requests,so i guess i can let her slide on this one issue, but i dont think it would be an option for me.Its a shame i feel grateful to have a doc who simply gives me a maoi here and tolerate service im not happy with, but im just that scared of being hung out to dry,as i saw the coldness these people are capable of when due to no ones fault i ran out of klonopin,i posted my story, everyone in the industry turned there back to me when i and my insurance shelled out all this money to them, and all i wanted were a few lousy klonopin tablets to my doc appt,i was given the ice shoulder,no one cared,no one was fearful i was out of this critical med,so im literaly at a docs wimb with my maoi.

Luckly i found a combo now involving two mood stablizers combined in low dose, and im either getting some fair benifit from this or im in a semi remission state, either way im using it as i always do to get some options back in my bag,as we all know a remission state,no matter how strong it is,mine being pretty weak, are unpredictable,i learned my lesson about going and running out and making all types of plans,i lost a lot of friends because of that,so instead,im getting things in order, and focusing on getting some game plans back as they are running way too thin for my liking, way to thin.

Just fyi, part of the combo if it is the combo that is helping,is the use of both depakote and Nuerontinin in very small doses, half of half a stand alone dose.

Anyway sorry for the long post, but going back to square one, again ive heard few people say there was a major difference in Nuerontins effect and lyrcia`s.......this is not to downplay yours,i hoped there was a differance.
