Hi Scott,

I've tried both Neurontin and Lyrica and can tell you it isn't feeling the same. Their is at first something people describes as 'drunk feeling' but while it's described with the same words, it doesn't feel the same.

Low dose Lyrica induce sleepiness while high dose (300mg(600mg?) to 1200mg) is stimulating.

For me, as for some other (ask Crazy Horse), it's even better for anxiety than most benzos (xanax, Klonopin included) ...

As for the antidepressant feeling, as of now it's definitively there.

It's interesting to note that we're both having the same diagnostic (Bipolar Type 4)

btw, do you have social phobia ? if so, is it episodic ?
