Can't pee? Well, Cymbalta was originally tested as an anti-incontinence drug, I believe. I have not found it to have that effect on me.
Can't poop? Have you just started taking it? I had this problem for the first week or so. After that, no problems.
Can't feel? I can't exactly empathize here, having some slightly different parts. I do find that in the 6-8 hours after I take my daily dose that things feel numb. I take the med when I wake up in the morning, so my wife and I know that first thing in the morning or at night will be fine for sex. I did have to add Wellbutrin to the Cymbalta after a few months though, and this got me through most of those side effects.
It's not perfect, but the medicine helps me a lot, so I deal with some side effects. If you've just started it, I bet you'll find the first two effects are transitory.
