I found seroquel a better sleeping medication than mirtazapine, doxapin, mellaril or benedryl.
If I took it early in the evening then it seemed mostly out of the system 11:00 the next day. It did make me very dumb in the morning though. 25mg was enought for sleep. It kindof did strange things with my depth preception, like the time I smoked a little weed.
Benedryl was sedating for me, but not as emotinally calming. Remeron would give me strange nightmares, doxapine kept half my brain awake.
