I will second that - I am on a low dose of Topamax - 30mg a day - 1 am, 1 pm - side affect is decreased sweating - also could present a problem in hot weather...Definitely works - I was dripping! - dripping from my face - horrible - nice moustache - and underarms - good bye SSRI Lexapro - staying with the good old and true Xanax (not extended release) PRN infrequent - and klonopin. Fed up searching. No more. This is as good as it gets. Good luck - Get the "sprinkles" 15 mg - I find Topamax very activating - many find it sedating - could never, ever reach a dose over 50 to 60 mg without klonopin coverage. Vision "tracking" and word recall difficulty - tingling in feet and hands - go slow, stay low, if it is for sweating - 15 mg/day. Drink a lot of water. Only my experience, of course.... Good luck -
