I've been on anti-depressant and anti-anxiety meds for about 10 years (currently: Effexor, Depakote, Paxil) and I sweat like a sieve. Effexor and/or Paxil is/are the main culprit, I believe. And it's a side effect that's most definitely NOT going away. It doesn't have to be hot and I don't even have to work out to end up drenching my shirt from front to back, not to mention feeling sweat running down inside my pant legs! I need to continue my meds, but I've endured this for too long. So I'm finally trying something to counteract it - Benztropine (Cogentin) - and just took my first daily dose of 0.5 mg. ten minutes before running into your thread! So I'll keep you posted - and good luck!
