That sounds very helpful. I'll have to look up
povigil and see if it is strong enough to
compete with the tricyclics for major depression
(for my friend). As for the adjunt benzo, it
does seem that most antidepressants (probably
not the atypical psychotics and lithium) produce
anxiety as a side effect. I think this is
especially so with the new SSRIs, from what
I have gleaned on the net and the recent discussion re: the FDA paper.Squiggles
