Merri don't they have C in tablet form? I take 2000 of C every day along with a lot of other vitamins. Plus the meds.
And I the same don't wash my hands before eating as you need to build up your immunity and germ exposure is one way.
When working in a hospital though I washed them constantly. Love Phillipa
