I know I do.
Its awful. I'm constantly on edge because any tiny rash, headache etc gives me instant panic.
I'm very relucant to travel to anywhere outside Europe. Well, I just won't basically.
Its awful being like this and then having to take supplements too. Even through a qualified nutritionsit has devised a vit/min supplement regime, I'm too worried to take it all the time. I'm supposed to be taking 1g of vit C a day from this power, but as I can't reliably measure 1g out I won't take it. Its go good telling me that vit C is totally safe in large dosages... I just can't take it because I don't have the one gram scoop.
Oh well.
