I get edema from Nardil when I take 60 mg or more. It gets worse if I am also taking an NSAID such as ibuprofen or Aleve or something at the same time. I've occasionally taken Lasix to alleviate the edema, but I only do that short-term and try to deal with it by lowering my Nardil dose or stopping the anti-inflammatory.
I also have had insomnia, which got worse with Nardil. I take 10 mg Ambien most nights, and that does the trick.
