"ClearSkies"> I titrated up using the starter pack.I did the same thing, however I split my 400mg dose into two 200mg doses daily. I'll add that I felt neither sleepy nor invigorating effects, just mood stabilizing effects. I had no skin rash effects either. I would recommend giving the Lamictal a chance. I don't know why it seemed to poop out on me as of late, but it helped immensely at the beginning (Any input on that ClearSkies?). I could tell rather quickly whether increasing dosage was helping or not.
