I tend to loathe atypicals, including Geodon. But I've not tried Abilify, which I've heard actually agonizes rather than antagonizes dopamine, and is less sedating. In general I'd prefer to stay away from these, though.
We'll see what my doctor says.

> That makes sense. Have you ever tried a low dose of an atypical antipsychotic? Might be something reasonable to try. Even if you don't use it long term, you could always use it as needed when you're having racing thoughts.
