Simply put, there are people who respond to Nardil who do not respond to Parnate.
Regarding side effects, I found Nardil to produce more hypotension, delayed micturition, and anorgasmia as compared to Parnate. These seem to get better the longer you are on the drug.
On paper, Nardil looks like a more effective drug for you than does Effexor. I guess you have to decide whether or not it is worth the gamble. What would you lose if Nardil proves ineffective?
