As well as being a highly efficiant antioxidant (it's a synthetic analog of CoQ10, and does a better job too), it also enhances memory, attention, cognition, and behavior, and increases serotonin turnover too! It's even settled the compulsiveness I get from my Provigil. I can absolutely 'feel' its serotonin effect, so much so that I even feel euphoric at times, but with an unsteady inner tension too. Time to reduce the dose I think, dont want SE syndrome. I started on 300mg (150mg b.i.d.), but will reduce to half that. I now realise 100mg/day is often enough. Of course, any SE agonist will interact with Nardil. Need to be cautious with this one.
