Call the ACCESS center at 1-800-825-9989 or 310-825-9989 for outpatient or inpatient referrals.

Some of the NPI websites are being revamped, but the access center remains there. Standard of care is fairly high -- I dont know what insurance plans you have, that you would have to negotiate with the hospital.
