Re: Cymbalta-activating or help sleep

In reply to Cymbalta-activating or help sleep, posted by Mandy on April 3, 2006, at 12:24:17

One of cymbalta's more common side effects is insomnia. I tried only microdoses of it and found it to be activating and bad for sleep. Other people find it makes them tired and they sleep great. I guess we all react differently. In clinical studies they tracked the progress of patient's mood improvements and side effect patterns. The insomnia side effects did eventually improve, but not until about 6 to 10 weeks on average.
