Hi, Yes, i get generic serzone, [nefazodone] reguraly here in the u.s., i live in philadelphia, my pharmacist gets it from Teva Pharm USA. it seems to be quite helpful, i've had my liver tested regularly, I haven't had any problems, good luck...john
