I think you are missing the point here. Trying to blame these "devastated" parents even more by suggesting that they were blind is very insensitive in my oppinion. The only reason these parents were "blind" was because of the current state of drug laws.This is not about patients *chosing* to make uninformed decisions. This is about the fact that information is not readily available, and that it is actively downplayed by drug companies in order to maximize drug profits.
