Oh i also forgot to mention i called a few times,they are actualy very very nice,and yess xyrem is off label at this time,the use of it is totaly up to your docters discression,in fact they helped me find a doc who commonly uses it but hes a city away.
I explained to them my current docs just arent familiar with it,but i was very surprised at how helpful they are.
