Ive used it extensivly for years,i know who founded it,i know how it works.It is only a sleep medication because that is what ind made it.
For sleep the doses are 4 grams and above,that is enormous.
At doses of mg,200 mg or so where its barly noticable in the brain,it produces a strong anti-anxiety effects,with much less depression than a benzo.It also produces mild pro social benifits too.
I told my doc i have used it in this mannner.In fact i dident even think one could saftly use it at a dose of 4 grams until i read the sheet.That is a very very large dose of the drug.
But i have numerous books etc i believe from reading and use its an extremly useful drug IF you plan to use it that way.Very very low doses of even 100 mg can be used in the same mannner a benzo does.
