I am currently at 975mg of Seroquel, partially because another drug has shifted my blood levels, so that would be more like 900mg, but Seroquel has a very wide range of dose levels. I have taken as high as 1000+. It is weak at the D2 levels so higher doses may be necessary for certain conditions, e.g. schizophrenia. I take it for other reasons.The results are what could be expected, increased effectiveness, but more EPS, tending in the milder form, not akathisia. Your miles may vary as they say.
